It's none other than our long-time favourite, the Koko Kolada. Creamy, sweet but with a secret kick, it's amazing for a lazy Sunday afternoon when you just want to feel like you're at the beach. It also makes a great after dinner cocktail too...
YOU WILL NEED
Coconut flavoured rum - we use Koko Kanu. It's a tropical addition to this cocktail but also great to sip on ice for a sweet rummy treat
White or dark rum
Pineapple juice
Coconut milk - just from the tin is fine! Make sure you give it a good stir
Optional - coconut syrup
METHOD
Makes 1 cocktail
Fill your glass with ice
Add 20ml of Coconut flavoured rum
Add 20ml of your choice of rum ( we like dark for its rich, caramelly flavour but white works too)
Add 50ml coconut milk
Top with 50ml of pineapple juice
If you have coconut syrup, add a dash now - it makes the cocktail a little bit sweeter and even more flavoursome
