Terms and Conditions

All digital Gift Cards and experience vouchers will be dispatched immediately to the email address provided. All physical Gift Cards will be dispatched within 3 working days of being ordered.

Gift Cards

  1. All Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  2. We recommend you register your Gift Card so that it can be replaced in the event of loss or theft
  3. Turtle Bay reserves the right not to replace any unregistered cards that are lost or stolen
  4. All Gift Cards are valid for use in any Turtle Bay within the UK only
  5. Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for any monetary value
  6. A Gift Card can be redeemed against anything on our menu up to the value displayed within the Digital Gift Card email or the physical Gift Card receipt
  7. Any additional spend must be paid for
  8. Turtle Bay reserves the right to refuse payment by Gift Card
  9. If you don’t spend the full value of your Gift Card, the remaining value can be used another time within the Gift Card validity period.

Rum Masterclass Experience Voucher

  1. All Rum Masterclass vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  2. We recommend you register your experience voucher so that it can be replaced in the event of loss
  3. Turtle Bay reserves the right not to replace any unregistered vouchers that are lost or stolen
  4. All Rum Masterclasses must be booked with at least 4 weeks’ notice by enquiry here
  5. Your voucher can only be redeemed up to the value displayed in the voucher email – this equates to £35 per person. Any additional people joining must be paid for
  6. We run at least 1 Rum Masterclass session a month – whilst we may not be able to guarantee your first choice of date or time but we will work with you to ensure you are booked into a session that works for you
  7. If your group is smaller than 8 people it is very likely you will be joining other Rum lovers on your Rum tasting journey
  8. Rum Masterclasses need 4 people to run. It is possible that your Rum Masterclass will need to be rescheduled if there are not enough people booked on to run. In this event that this happens, we will contact you with at least 10 days’ notice and will ensure you are booked onto another session. You will only be rescheduled once
  9. You must present your voucher number at the start of your Rum Masterclass session. If you don’t have your voucher with you, we will be unable to run the session.
  10. Any additional people attending the session must be paid for in full before the session begins
  11. Rum Masterclass vouchers cannot be exchanged for any monetary value
  12. 18+ only, please drink responsibly

Bottomless Brunch Voucher

  1. All Bottomless Brunch vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  2. We recommend you register your experience voucher so that it can be replaced in the event of loss
  3. Turtle Bay reserves the right not to replace any unregistered cards that are lost or stolen
  4. Bottomless Brunch vouchers can be redeemed against our Bottomless Brunch promotion only, which allows one brunch main, roti or burger and unlimited cocktails, Sunshine Bellinis and Red Stripe
  5. Your voucher can only be redeemed up to the value displayed in the voucher email – this equates to £25 per person. Any additional people joining must be paid for
  6. Terms and conditions of Bottomless Brunch, including timings, can be found here
  7. Any additional spend must be paid for – this includes (but is not limited to) sides, any drinks not included in the Bottomless Brunch deal, and any additional guests joining you
  8. We recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment
  9. Bottomless Brunch Vouchers can’t be exchanged for any monetary value

Meal Experience Voucher

  1. All Meal Experience vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  2. We recommend you register your experience voucher so that it can be replaced in the event of loss
  3. Turtle Bay reserves the right not to replace any unregistered cards that are lost or stolen
  4. Meal Experience vouchers can be redeemed against anything on our menu, up to the value displayed in the voucher email
  5. Any additional spend above the value displayed in your voucher email must be paid for – this includes (but is not limited to) any additional guests joining you
  6. We recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment
  7. If you don’t spend the full value of your meal experience in one go, the remaining value can be used another time within the voucher validity period
  8. Meal Experience Vouchers can’t be exchanged for any monetary value
