Reggae Rum Punch Recipe

SUMMER IS HERE!

Good excuse to shake up a few cocktails, right? Don't forget to turn up the tunes when you do - we've got over 4 hours of summer reggae beats here.

If you feel like giving it a go, here's a recipe for a Turtle Bay FAVOURITE - the Reggae Rum Punch. It's built in the glass so it's a great cocktail to start with if you've never made a cocktail before - you don't need any fancy bar equipment.

We've tweaked the recipe slightly from what we serve in the restaurant to make sure you can get all the ingredients easily. If you opt for the overproof rum, it does pack a punch so we do recommend sticking to the quantities in the method!

YOU WILL NEED

  • Overproof White Rum (we use Wray & Nephew) - but any white rum works if you don't have overproof
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Grenadine Syrup

METHOD

Makes 1 Reggae Rum Punch

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. 40ml Rum
  3. 20ml Grenadine
  4. 20ml Lime juice
  5. Top up with orange and pineapple juice
