Keeping you safe

Keeping you safe

The safety of you and our teams is our number 1 priority (yes, before even cocktails). Here are the measures we’re putting in place to keep everyone safe.

For your safety

  • Masks: it's a legal requirement for everyone to wear a face-covering in restaurants when not seated at their table. Please ensure you bring a face covering with you.
  • Track & Trace: We use our booking system to take details. If you don't book, you can use NHS Track & Trace or we can take details when you arrive (we only need one person in the party's details!)
  • Team Health Checks: Daily health checks are in place before team members start their shift to ensure they are displaying no symptoms.
  • Social Distancing: We're observing the government guidelines on social distancing with 1m plus between tables. Please respect social distancing with other guests and team members.
  • Screens: these are available to protect you – please just ask if you would like one fitted to your table.
  • Serving: Your drinks will be served on a tray and plates will be served using a cloth.
  • Cleaning & hygiene: Hand sanitisers are available throughout the restaurant. We have a strict cleaning program throughout the day.
  • PPE: Face coverings are mandatory for our team members
  • Table size: we have limited the maximum table size to 6 to comply with the current legal limit. If you are single household / support bubble of more than 6, please get in touch.
  • Household restrictions: Please ensure you follow the relevant local guidelines.

For our Teams' safety

  • All team members have a daily health check before starting their shift
  • We have completed individual risk assessments for each team member to ensure it is safe for them to return to work
  • Frequent handwashing for all team members
  • Where possible, we would encourage you to use contactless payment which is available up to £45 per transaction
