It’s all about the Roots Culture and Jerk Platters

Our new menu arrives on Tuesday! We have some exciting new additions to our ever-popular cocktail selection and sharing platters, as well as some old friends that have returned from their travels.

Here’s a taster…

Roots Culture

Back by popular demand. Uncle Wray overproof rum served with strawberry and raspberry liqueur, lime and lemonade. 

Goombay Smash

You can’t say we don’t listen. Another popular old legend is making a return in the Goombay Smash. Cockspur rum, Koko Kanu coconut rum, apricot liqueur, bitters, shaken with orange and pineapple. 

Rum Margarita

A little extra touch of class. White rum, triple sec, agave syrup, fresh lime served with a salted rim. Also try as classic with tequila.

Rum Boards

We now have three rum boards to choose from, all of them perfect for sharing and getting to know our collection of Caribbean rums.

Elderflower Cooler

It’s not all about the cocktails. We’ve introduced some new and super refreshing Caribbean softs, like the Elderflower Cooler here with elderflower (naturally), cucumber ribbons, fresh mint, lime juice and topped with soda.

For the meat eaters and the veggies, our new sharing platters have something for everyone. Order one to your table and dive right in with friends and enjoy the flavours of the Caribbean.

Just Jerk Platter

A real meat feast. Marinated jerk wings, glazed pork ribs, jerk beef riblets, Jamaican beef patty, sweet corn fritters, spiced popcorn, herb mayo and super green salad.

Vital Veggie Platter

Not just for vegetarians, but with you in mind! Sweet corn fritters, crispy okra, jerk pit grilled mushroom and peppers with coconut glaze, pepper roti, bara flatbread, spiced curried chickpeas and cucumber chutney, herb mayo and super green salad.
