Caribbean Festivities

We WILL get together and feel alright again!

As they say in the islands, storms don’t last forever. It's been a tough year, we know, but we will ditch the Zoom calls and get together once again.

Expect a festive celebration like no other, moving to the feel-good beat of the Caribbean whilst sipping 2-4-1 cocktails!

As for flavour, it's what we do best. From a little heat to a little sweet, there's something for everyone – our 3-course menu is available from £24.

Our Tier 2 restaurants are opening on 2nd December - we're hopeful Tier 3 restaurants will open mid-December and are taking bookings. Find out more about the Tiers.

Our Caribbean Festivities menu is available all day, with Bottomless Festivities available after 5pm and you can book both below! Bookings require a £10pp deposit.


Booking Terms and Conditions:

Restrictions and Guidelines:

  • All bookings are taken in line with the government guidelines as they stand on the day of booking.
  • All bookings are subject to any future restrictions on group sizes or household numbers.
  • Any changes to your booking due to these changes will be communicated.

Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit is needed to secure a Festive promotion booking
  • The deposit amount is £10 per person and applies to anyone booking Festive promotion from 9th November - 3rd January
  • The deposit will be redeemed against the final bill
  • Deposits should be paid 72 hours after the booking being taken. If the deposit isn’t received at this point the booking will be cancelled.
  • Turtle Bay holds the right to refuse a deposit refund if the cancellation criteria is not met.
  • Turtle Bay will refund your deposit in full if your booking has to be cancelled due to local or national lockdown regulations.

Cancellations/no shows:

  • If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you can so we can allow other guests to book.
  • If you cancel with 7 days or more notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • If you need to reschedule your booking to a later date and give more than 24hours notice, we will transfer the deposit to the new booking date
  • If the number of your party changes:
    • If more guests are added to the booking, these will need a £10 per person deposit to be paid.
    • If your party size reduces, and we receive at least 24hours notice, the deposit for those guests who cannot attend will be redeemed against the final bill.
    • If 24hours notice isn’t given, the deposit for that guest may be kept in full and not redeemed against the final bill.
    • Refunds cannot be given for guests in the party that don’t turn up.
    • If a full party do not show for a booking, the deposit will be kept in full.
